Dr. Kirk Havens is the Director of the Coastal Watersheds Program and Assistant Director of the Center for Coastal Resources Management at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science. His research interests include wetlands ecology, environmental law, public policy, marine debris, and land use and watershed issues.
