Career Experiences: Research Team Leader heading investigations in coastal and estuarine ecology throughout the United States, Caribbean Basin, Mediterranean Sea, Southeast Asia, Bermuda, and Australia. Provide scientific expertise supporting NOAA’s mission to conserve, protect and restore coastal marine ecosystems. Currently working as a private contractor supporting NOAA’s response to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection’s program on coastal ecosystem conservation and restoration.
