APNEP Citizen Advisory Committee spring meeting will be held virtual. The Albemarle-Pamlico National Estuary Partnership's Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) will be discussing program updates, CAC member questionnaire results, CAC-led BIL proposal, and STAC/CAC co-chair discussion updates. The committee will also receive a committee member update from Heather Deck (Sound Rivers), and a guest presentation from Stephen Moysey (East Carolina University, Water Resource Center).
