Albemarle-Pamlico NEP Science & Technology Advisory Committee Webinar Series The webinar speaker is Dr. Kalle Matso, Director of the Piscataqua Region Estuary Partnership (PREP). Located in the watersheds of the Great Bay region in coastal New Hampshire and Maine, PREP is part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Estuary Program and is made up of four staff, three committees, 52 municipalities, 82 stakeholder organizations, agencies, and coalitions.
